  • Thursday, December 3, 2009 6:30 pm – Parkside Auditorium

    Tom Echols presents his classical guitar students at a recital to showcase their work. Please join us as the children preform beautiful music and reveal what they have learned. The children have been working so hard, we are very proud of them all.

    There will be refreshments (pizza, baked goods, drinks) afterwards in Erica’s classroom, LE I. This will be a by donation only fundraiser, please contribute what you can.

  • New for the 2009/2010 school year is the Parkside Yearbook and we are WAY excited about the prospect of each child having fabulous Parkside memories in photo form to keep forever.

    It will be a soft-sided, “perfect bound” book.  There will be a small, black and white, thumbnail picture of each student on the classroom pages PLUS numerous pictures and pages of lots of other classroom and school “events” including, but not limited to the following:  Children Working, Simple Gifts, Fall [...]

  • The Parkside elementary students are participating in an exciting project this month, Ghosts of the Past!

    In the spirit of honoring those who have come before and made a positive contribution, the students will choose a “Ghost from the Past” to portray at school on Thursday, October 29th.

    Back To School!

    Welcome Back Everyone

    To help make your first couple of days of the 2009-2010 school year smooth, here are a few details.

    First Day of School – Monday, August 31 (all returning children begin school) We stagger our new children into their classrooms on Wednesday, Sept. 2 and Friday, Sept. 4.
