Community School Waiting List Procedures
• Upon completing the waiting list application (download HERE), one for each child, and paying the $75 non-refundable fee, your child becomes active on the wait list. Your child will remain on the list until they are either: a) accepted into the school, b) you ask us to remove them, c) we are not able to contact you via mail or phone after several attempts, or d) you are offered a Fall spot and decline it (this does not apply to spots offered mid-year). • We will contact you via mail regarding upcoming school events
you may be invited to attend. • Criteria for selecting and accepting children from our waiting
list for a spot in the classroom usually happens in this order: • During the enrollment process each Spring, if a spot becomes
available and we feel your child is a possible candidate, we will call
and invite you and your child to come for a preliminary interview with
the classroom guide. You are welcome to call us at anytime to check in about your child(ren) on our waiting list.
